Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
You will also receive a link to track the status of your parcel. In the case of a missed delivery, you can use your link to see whether or not it is being held or has been returned to sender.
If your tracking information shows that your order has been returned to the sender, just reach out to us over on email@example.com - we will happily arrange to have it re-delivered for you.
