We know you'll love our products! But if for any reason you'd like to return your purchase after it has been delivered to your address, here are the next steps:
We do not currently offer a free returns label, so as a gesture of our appreciation to you as a member of the Mrs Wordsmith community, you have the option to keep the product you'd like to send back.
If you are not interested in using it for your kids, we suggest you gift it to a friend or donate it to your local library or school. If you choose to gift or donate your item, feel free to send us a picture of the lucky recipient enjoying their new Mrs Wordsmith product and we may feature you on our social media!
If you would still like to send it back to us instead, send an email to info@mrswordsmith.com letting us know you'd like to start a return. Once we are in contact, we recommend using a tracked delivery service to send your unused item to the following address:
